What we build and repair

C.Sand Company operates as a general contractor, providing comprehensive project management and execution from initial construction through rehabilitation and specialized restoration. We assume responsibility for coordinating trades, overseeing project delivery, and serving as the primary point of accountability to the owner. Our expertise spans new construction, rehabilitation projects, coating systems for a variety of structures, and marine applications.

Surface preparation, blasting and high-performance coating systems for storage tanks, steel structures and concrete, including specialty linings for sewer and wastewater structures.

Based at our headquarters in St. Augustine, we have successfully completed projects across the state, extending from the Panhandle to Punta Gorda, Stuart, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. As a third-generation industrial painter, Steve Moutzalias developed his expertise in Michigan within a family of contractors and has been active in the industry since the 1990s. Throughout his career, he has expanded his experience across multiple sectors and project types, enabling C.Sand Company to provide a broad range of services beyond coatings as a full-service general contractor.

In May 2022, Crystal and Steve, founded C.Sand Company in St. Johns County, Florida, with a commitment to extending these same high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism to clients throughout the region.
